If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

When site users submit a contact form, the site users name, phone number (optional), email address and message or comment will be saved. The messages or comments submitted on the site are kept confidential and will only be seen by the site owner. This site would use the comments or messages users leave as a means to provide advice and additional support and resources. The information submitted with the form will be kept within the business email assigned to the website. They can also be referenced for quality assurance purposes.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

At Grown with Hope, we seek to provide the best quality imagery. We use third-party applications to edit and we site when those sources are used. These third-party applications are free to use and made available for business owners to create professional-looking content. These editing applications include but are not limited to Canva, Google Products, InShot, etc.
